J&F Enterprises is a young company, but both Felix and Jose have been working in the Entertanment Business for a combined 15 years. We are a young and proffesional company willing to make your night one that you wont forget.
Internal Business Connections
J&F Enterprises is currently going through a buy out, between the partners, Currently Felix and Jose have a 50/50 slplit of the company. Jose has made an offer to buy Felix's 25% of the company to make himself head owner of the orginization.
Legality anf Taxation of Services
All Services offered by J&F Enterprises are legally. The company holds a Certification of Business in the Town of Salem, MA and holds also is registered with the Commonwealth of Massachuses.
Thier is no taxes on the services, as it is consifered "Labor", Taxes will be appled on items that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts decribes in the MGL c.58-c.65C.
Financial Policys/Information
Photo content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy when a photography is taking your picture: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you give any J&F Photographer a verbal approval.
